Nails Laundry Ltd runs promotions for their customers and reserves the right to cancel or amend these promotions if misused or necessary. All discounts can only be used once per customer per category and must only be used once. Nails Laundry Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order where they deem a discount code to have been inappropriately used without the approval of Nails Laundry Ltd. 

Discount codes (including 15%OFF first shopping discount) can not be used on Gift Cards, Gift Wrapping or sale items, unless stated otherwise.

Online Store Terms 

 

Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Nails Laundry Ltd. Nails Laundry Ltd must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order, before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.

 

Once payment has been received Nails Laundry Ltd will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form via the www.nailslaundry.co.uk website. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Nails Laundry Ltd's acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding purchase contract between us on these terms.

Nails Laundry Ltd is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.

Products Availability

If Nails Laundry Ltd has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and we will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your order. Nails Laundry Ltd will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation. 

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
