We do our best to ensure the best quality and conditions of the products we deliver to your door. Please inspect your goods as soon as you receive them. If there is visible damage to the box or packaging, please note this with the courier driver. If you find that the item you have received has been damaged, please let us know within 1 day by emailing:

In your email please include: the order number, name/company name, damage(s) description, and photographs. Once we receive your email, and if we confirm acceptance that the product is damaged, we will refund the full amount including the delivery charge.

Please inspect your goods upon receipt, and inform us of any issues within 1 day of receipt.  If you fail to do this you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.

Delivery Times & Charges

All UK orders will be prepped and shipped as soon as payment is received. Please allow 5-7 working days for processing for all orders outside England and Wales (example Ireland). 

Please note: Failed transactions (e.g. incorrect postal information, declined cards, etc.) and out-of-stock items will delay your delivery. We will notify you via email if there is a disruption to your order.

Returns and exchanges


Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product. All items must be returned unopened and unused in their original packaging and with original security tags. Please note, that all returns must be shipped via a tracked service. Nails Laundry Ltd does not pay for return shipping. A refund will be issued once the product is received, inspected, and confirmed as new.

It should take no more than 10 to 14 working days after we receive and check the product.

Should there be any trouble regarding your order, we will contact you via the email address you provided with your order. Please be sure to check your spam/junk email folder if you have not received your order by the expected date.

We will process and handle your order with the utmost care. However, once your order has left our premises Nails Laundry UK cannot be responsible for any transport delays, damages, or any circumstances beyond our control.

We are closed on all major bank holidays and weekends; therefore, delivery times will be affected during those periods. Please refer to this page for updates on delivery times around public holidays. We aim to respond to all queries within 5 working days. 

Ensure that there is someone to receive your delivery at the expected date and time. Failed deliveries will be returned to the depot and a note will be left at your address. No refund is offered if a parcel is not collected and the item is sent back to us.
