SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We do our best to ensure the best quality and conditions of the products we deliver to your door. Please inspect your goods as soon as you receive them. If there is visible damage to the box or packaging, please note this with the courier driver. If you find that the item you have received has been damaged, please let us know within 24h of the receipt of the parcel by emailing: info@nailslaundry.co.uk
In your email, please include: the order number, name/company name, damage(s) description, and photographs. Once we receive your email and confirm that the product is damaged, we will refund the full amount, including the delivery charge.
Please check your items as soon as they arrive. If you notice any issues, let us know within 1 day. If we don’t hear from you within that time, we will assume the goods have been accepted.
Delivery Times & Charges
All UK orders will be prepped and shipped as soon as payment is received. Please allow 5-7 working days for processing for all orders outside England and Wales (for example, Ireland).
Please note: Failed transactions (e.g. incorrect address details or declined payments) may delay your delivery. If an item in your order is out of stock, it will be automatically refunded to avoid any delay. In rare cases – for example, if the out-of-stock item was the only product in your order – we may contact you by email to confirm whether you prefer a refund or a replacement.

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.
Royal Mail 48h Tracked/Signed For (UK)/2-3 business days days/£4.50
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.
Returns and exchanges
We only accept returns on products that are sealed in their original packaging, unopened, and unused.
Products without protective foil seals or internal foil linings (such as some gel polishes) are non-returnable under any circumstances due to Health & Safety reasons.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must have its original seal fully intact (protective foil or inner liner),

It must show no signs of use or opening,

It must be returned within 7 days of receipt via a tracked postal service.
Nails Laundry Ltd does not cover the cost of return shipping. Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE REFUND?
It should take no more than 10 to 14 working days after we receive and check the product.

If you encounter any issues with your order, we will contact you via the email address you provided during the order process. Please check your spam or junk email folder if you have not received your order by the expected date.
We will process and handle your order with the utmost care. However, once your order has left our premises, Nails Laundry UK cannot be responsible for any transport delays, damages, or any circumstances beyond our control.
We are closed on all major bank holidays and weekends; therefore, delivery times will be affected during those periods. Please refer to this page for updates on delivery times around public holidays. We aim to respond to all queries within 5 working days.
Ensure that someone is available to receive your delivery on the expected date and time. Failed deliveries will be returned to the depot, and a note will be left at your address. No refund is offered if a parcel is not collected and the item is sent back to us.
