FREEBIES BOX PROJECT - TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eligibility Criteria: Only Nail Educators are eligible to apply for the Freebies Box Project.

Educator Certificate Verification: Verification of the Nail Educator certificate and ABT accreditation letter is a mandatory requirement for participation in the Freebies Box Project.

Purchase Requirement:

To qualify for receiving Freebies Boxes for students, Nail Educators must use products from the Nails Laundry store during their training sessions. The Freebies Box Project is designed to support and promote the brands available in our store, and therefore is only applicable to educators who actively incorporate these products into their courses.

Boxes should not be requested by Educators who use other brands not offered by Nails Laundry, as the students are unlikely to purchase unfamiliar or unrelated products after training.

 

Box Allocation Based on Purchases:

 

• For every £50 spent (excluding shipping costs) by the Educator in our store, they are entitled to one Freebies Box.

• If the total amount spent exceeds £50 but is not sufficient for an additional box (e.g., £75), the remaining balance (£25 in this case) is carried forward towards the next Freebies Box allocation.

• A maximum of 5 Freebies Boxes per month may be requested per Educator, which corresponds to £250 in product purchases (shipping excluded).

Allocation Limit: Each Nail Educator is eligible for a maximum of 5 Freebies Boxes per month.

Box Content: The content of each Freebies Box may vary depending on product availability. Due to frequent changes in stock and limited quantities of products provided by or purchased from partner brands, it is no longer possible to select the box based on a specific type of nail course. All boxes are pre-packed and cannot be customised to match particular training themes. Each box will include a carefully curated mix of items, but the content may differ from box to box.

Student Information: Nail Educators must provide the full names of the students who will be receiving the Freebies Boxes, along with the specific course names they are enrolled in.

​

Promotional Obligations: Nail Educators are required to create and share promotional materials such as stories and posts on their social media platforms, giving credit to the Nails Laundry store by including appropriate tags.

Discount Code: Each Freebies Box will include a unique discount code for each student. This code is exclusively for use on www.nailslaundry.co.uk and should be passed on to the student. The code must not be removed from the box.

Future Purchases: The discount code provided in the Freebies Box can be used by the student for their future purchases on www.nailslaundry.co.uk.

Compliance: Nail Educators are expected to adhere to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in disqualification from the Freebies Box Project.

Modification of Terms: Nails Laundry store reserves the right to modify or terminate the Freebies Box Project and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

​

Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the Freebies Box Project, Nail Educators acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
